Attic Foam Insulation

Spray polyurethane foam (SPF) is an innovative foam plastic material that is applied in a paint-like form onto open surfaces and then expands to create an insulating barrier against wind and external temperatures. Once the insulation sets, it expands to form a barrier against extreme temperatures and moisture. Unlike traditional insulation materials such as fiberglass and cellulose, spray foam insulation does not settle or deteriorate over time.

Approximately 15 percent of energy is lost through basements and floors, while 25 percentescapes through attics. This means that your heating and air-conditioning systems must work twice as hard to maintain consistent temperatures throughout your home, leading to skyrocketing energy bills. Combining spray foam with blow-in insulation can be an effective solution for attics. Spray foam insulation can be easily applied to open areas such as attics, basements, crawl spaces, ceilings, and inside unfinished walls.

This type of insulation solution is ideal for smaller areas like crawl spaces and can be integrated into a comprehensive whole-home insulation plan.
